Inspiration Behind the Creative Clay Earrings

I am beyond thankful you are here and cannot wait to see you rock my earrings! The name Kharky is the beginning of my last name and was given as a nickname by my college tennis teammates at UNCW. I am still called Kharky today by anyone I met in North Carolina, and I loved every second of my college experience. I have always loved and done something creative on the side, whether it's painting on canvas, wood burning, baking, decorating for a themed party (and I mean ALL OUT for a theme!), or custom making anything a friend asks me to do!

This passion for clay started when I made a pair of earrings for my mom and future mother-in-law! I was blown away with how much fun I had creating a simple everyday white and gold matching pair for them, that I decided to create more. When I sat at my desk, a flood of creativity came over me, and not only did I have some earrings to create in mind, but also whole collections to build! I have created pieces inspired by people around me, nature, and my own innovative mind when I sit at my desk. I love to be outside, whether it's hiking, playing pickleball with my fiancé, running around with our dog Sako, going to a farmers market in every city I step into, trying a new outdoor activity, traveling, and so much more!
